Ultima Hosts Customers,
From the Monday 6th August, 2007 we will be measuring
hosting space usage on a daily basis. This scheduled task is set to run at 4am
EDT (GMT-4) each morning. If your hosting space exceeds 100% it will be
automatically suspended. You will need to contact support@ultimahosts.net
to have your hosting account reactivated. We advise that if you’re hosting
space is exceeding 90% of its resources that you purchase extra space to avoid
the plan suspension. You can use this link to purchase the extra space

Ultima Hosts support staff will reset a hosting plan twice if it
has been suspended due to an overage. If the plan is suspended a third time due
to an overage then extra space must be purchased before the plan is reactivated.
You
can also monitor your usage via dot net panel under the Space Home page. You
can also get up to the minute space calculations via File Manager > Calculate
Diskspace.

Resellers
please note that nested spaces (clients) are also calculated. If you assign a
client 10MB and they use 20MB then this will cause there space to be suspended.
As a reseller you can re-activate their account and also add more space to
their plan.
