howdy, just wondering if email is lagging for everyone.. greylists aside. I am sending myself an email within the same server, ie from me to me, and it is taking at least 15 minutes thus far.. i just switched my dad over to my email server and he ain't so impressed at the moment. He is awaiting a password reminder from Dell to buy a laptop and i think he is cooling off..

This has been ongoing now for a while (days at last measure)..

I am definitely on my own whitelist ☻ anyone else seeing this?

2.5 hours and waiting.. and no reply from support. This is not critical in the short-term but email to yourself to the same account should be close to instantaneous.

Your SPAM settings may be blocking the email.  If you are blocking some SPAM, login to SmarterMail (www.ultimamail.net) and check.  Also, did you email Support or are you waiting on their response to this thread?

howdy, there were no changes at my end. Took about a day to get back to normal. Email to support was not returned, which is very odd as they are normally very good. I just chaulked it up to the same issue. But all is fine now, thankfully, cheers!
