Mail Update:

Our primary mail server has now been migrated to a dedicated server setup.

For security reasons please update any mail settings for your website so that it incorporates the following:

Network: mail.domainname.com  [change domain name to the name of the site]

Login: email address

Password: email password

Please also check that you can send mail from your website applications where applicable.

FTP Update:

If previously your FTP account used the IP 69.16.211.99 it will now use the IP 69.16.211.178
