Hi,

I'm new to all this SSL "stuff," so few things are not very clear to me.

As part of the hosting package I got, few SSL (Thawte) were included.  Now that our website is almost done, I need to secure several pages using the SSL.

My question is, what steps am I supposed to go through in order to setup the SSL?  Given that the SSL was part of the package, are the certifications already processed?  If not, where and how do I do this?  I did already go through the knowledge base posts, but none clarified how to set up the whole SSL thing, especially if it's part of the hosting package.

Email support (support@ultimahosts.net) and request that your SSL Certificate be ordered/installed.  You'll need to provide them with the domain name (or subdomain).  They'll ask you for some basic information about who owns the domain.
