Is $6.99 an introductory price?

And do we still have to pay the $35 to add the domain to our plan (if we have used all free domains included in our plan) on top of the $6.99 registration fee?

It is an introductory special which is due to end on the 16th August. After this domain names will start from $9.99 per year. You do still need to purchase the hosted domain for $30 to host this at Ultima Hosts.
