Now that Windows Server 2008 has been released, when will you be offering upgrades or new plans that leverage IIS7?  Any offerings to upgrade existing VPS to the new server software?

We won't be offering upgrades as such as any change in OS will require a migration. We will be offering Win 2008 / II7 as soon as Virtuozzo supports this. Dot Net Panel already has support for Win 2008.
