Hi, hope someone can help me.

I am trying to install Joomla! using the application installer on the dotnet panel but I get the error "unable to connect to the database" and the install fails.

I create new database and username each time, but for some reason these aren't being created in my hosting space? Even if I try to create one manually in my hosting space it seems to work ok but when I go back and look it isn't there..... :-(
