Hi Monty,

That's brilliant. No real need for a voice over. The two things I would change is the size of the movie (didn't quite fit into my browser) and also just the end result - wasn't sure what had been achieved. Also it possible to stream the video so that you don't need until it is all loaded before playing and is there any ability to add notes to the page (ie like "The End")?

All this video recording lark is harder than I expected :) I bugged our client services team to give me a quick rundown of how to do things more properly, and I came up with :

It should only preload the first 10% and / or 3 seconds (not sure how that part works yet :) )

Hi Monty,

I know its darn hard and throw in voice overs and you have your weekend filled making a 2 minute video :). I like your style of going from the error message to the control panel as it has a simplicity that is easy to follow. The cue cards are good also. Good speed too.
