If I create resale plans for my customers, who should they contact for support/issues?  Me or Ultima Support?

Hi Will,

This is really up to you. If you want to preserve your own brand then they should contact you directly. As an initial point of contact you will probably be able to offer them a more personal service as you have an existing relationship with them.

Of course if you want to throw your clients to the lions we are always there to help :)

Yes, of course.  Sorry, I meant more for things that I cannot do myself....changing folder permissions for instance.  I'll just have them contact me for everything.  I am a control freak anyway.  :-)
