ScottGu (Scott Guthrie) has a pretty sweet article out as to how to upload a .sql file to your space and use a webpage to run it.  If you have NEVER heard of ScottGu, I am truly sorry -- look though his stuff, the guy is tops and that doesn't begin to cover it.
