    Email Usage

We are potentially going to setup all our employees on ultima's email sever (through mail.ourhostname.com ).  Can 30 - 40 people hit the email server?  Is this considered acceptable usage?

I'm asking in the context of "acceptable usage"?  I wouldn't want to break any rules and get my domain disabled.

    Re: Email Usage

    Hi there,

There is a limit of 100 hits per 30 minutes per IP address for both POP3 and SMTP but we can make an adjustment to allow for multiple clients. The automatic Outlook setting would probably need to be set on 15 minute plus intervals to avoid to IP being blocked though.

    Cheers,

    Mark

    Re: Email Usage

Thank you for responding.  We are actually going to use an actual email host to handle employee mail.  See http://www.webmail.us

Thank you for the specific answer, this goes to show the high level of commitment you have to your customesrs.
