I have a local SQL Server 2000 database that I'd like to export into my hosted Ultima SQL Server 2005 database. I saw an import option on the Web Data Administrator, but as this is so slow, I am wondering if there is another way to do this?

You may need to convert your 2000 database first but its been so long since I have migrated one I can't remember if this is necessary.
