Do you allow all of features of SmarterMail with your hosting plans?  For example the ability to synchronize with Outlook?

We used to have this feature where you could import your contacts etc straight into Outlook. I think this is standard on their Enterprise Edition but we are currently running the Professional version. Enterprise Edition had features such as GroupWare and Outlook Synch but not many clients seem to use these features so we downgraded when we had to increase to an unlimited capacity. At a push we could go up to Enterprise if there was the demand. You can check what we offer via SmarterMail in our trial plans as well by the way. Thanks for the question.

Since one of these photos shows Outlook synchronization, does that mean you've upgraded to the Enterprise version of SmarterMail?  Just curious.

Sorry missed replying to your post. We haven't upgraded but I am sure that there is a degree of Outlook synch in SM Pro as you can download your contact list etc using Sharepoint technology.

If there is enough interest in the Enterprise Edition we might upgrade to this in the future.
