The professional appearance immediately creates a sense of trust (which is crucial).

A small issue - instead of having the two nav sections (top left and top right) I would prefer a single consistent one. (You could layer the nav options to make the more important options prominent).

Also, you have the "Quick Search" box twice on the page.

Not huge issues though :)

Thank you both.  I have thought of getting rid of one of the Quick Search boxes, but they don't hurt anything.

I am quite pleased with the speed of the site...especially since it uses caching like DNN and CS2, which tend to be slow on initial page load.
