Hi,

We have recently purchased the Unlimited.NET package, can you tell me if the 'Protected Folders' feature is available on this package.  I can see it in the control panel but I am unable to activate it...  If it is available on this plan a gentle pointer in the right direction to enable it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Chris,

It should be active in your account as this enabled on all plans. If you can email support your username I will take a look at your site setup to make sure everything is working as it should be.
