Not to big an issue.
Basically the phpBB3 site I have gets the error: "my_thread_global_end(): 2 threads didn't exit". The work around is at http://forums.mysql.com/read.php?10,153077,155121#msg-155121
If anyone else has the issue, its a PHP/MySQL problem and not a problem of your own :)
Also it doesn't matter if you are using MySQL, I am using MSSQL and getting the same error.
