Just in case this can help someone else:

1. Choose Site, then Manage Sites, then New, then Site

2. In the Advanced mode, you set up your local information such as where the main folder on your computer is, and then complete the information for the images folder, too.

3. Then when you are done, select Remote from the left side menu.

4. From Access, choose FTP from the drop-down menu.

5. FTP host: www(domain_you_are_accessing.com)

6. Host Directory: I placed a forward slash in here.

7. Login: This is your login for the FTP account that you created through your DotNet Panel.

8. Password: This is your password for the FTP account that you created through your DotNet Panel.

9. Use Passive FTP is checked.
