The easiest way to create a plan for resell is to first >

 Choose My Spaces > Hosting Plan > Add Hosting Plan

Create an appropriate Hosting Plan with a specific name

Save Plan >

Then > 

Select Wizard > Create User Wizard 

Create a user and then add the Hosting Plan to their name.

Click Create User and the user is then sent a welcome note with their login and plan details.

Just a thought - maybe create a Knowledge base on stuff like this - because when the forums gets busy then stuff like this can get lost? 

And same time it makes it easier for people like me to find it.  :)
