When I get to the actual creation of the database step of the phpbb 3 installation I am getting the following error.  I hope someone can help me to get this resolved.  If any further information is needed just let me know.

I solved my own problem.  The phpbb 3 SQL Server installation uses a transaction and commit to setup the database.  I tweaked the install to skip the BEGIN TRANSACTION and COMMIT lines and everything went in perfectly.

Are we not allowed to use transactions against the SQL Server database on Ultimahosts?
