Since I'm still trying to resolve issues with the VPS outage and haven't had a response to a support ticket in more than 34 hours, I tried emailing support directly. I got the following message in return:

If your email to support is getting rejected you can also send them a message by viewing your ticket online at support.ultimahosts.net, clicking on "view a ticket", entering the required info and then hit the "reply" button to submit your question/ comments, etc.
