Yep, Small Business is one of the most underserved technology markets.
Too bad the Windows license is Upgrade instead of Full. That means it can't really be sold with new PC's, which are so inexpensive that upgrading the hardware on a PC to support Windows XP/Office 2003 is almost as much as buying a new PC. I suppose you could buy a computer that already has XP Home and then get that license, but then the XP Home license is useless, so they've paid for a license they'll never use.
I like their example of how they upgrade from Windows 98 to XP Pro.....uh, that's not likely to happen since 98 uses about 1/4th the resources that XP Pro does. LOL
