    SSL Thawte functionality

    Hey,

Regarding the Thawte certificates you have in one of your packages, when you have that certificate, does it secure all the pages you want under one of your domains or only a single page? ie-https://www.website.com/page1 and all the pages under https://www.website.com or would it only cover page1?

Sorry if this is a bad question.

     Thanks!

    Hi,

Firstly, that's certainly not a bad question; in fact it is one of the most commonly asked questions when someone first looks at using SSL certificates!

In answer to your question, an SSL certificate will protect any content from the domain it is created for.
As long as the URL makes the request over SSL (HTTPS://) whatever file you request will be served over an encrypted channel.

    I hope this helps,
