Help us help you! At Ultima, we do strive to provide not just fast response times, but a high level of support to you, our users. We really strive to resolve issues without a constant back-and-forth, but we need your help to do this.
So ... when you submit a ticket to support, give us details. Details on your error and how you got there really helps us understand and reproduce the issue, which helps us fix it and confirm the fix. Just saying "This is broken" often leaves us scratching our heads trying to figure out what's going on. The more information that you can provide, the better we can quickly resolve the issue. I'm not talking about just stack dumps and default error messages, but meaningful information (i.e I did step 1, step 2 and this happened. I don't expect this because ... ). Essentially, the quicker we can focus on the core issue, the quicker we can resolve it. And that's good for all of us.
