How do I set an acct to domain admin?

    I'm at a loss here?

My previous host with SM 3 it was by default postmaster@yourdomain.com was the mail domain admin.

    Here that's not so.

I don't see anything in DNP for setting an account to admin and didn't find that in SM 4 help pages.

I created all accounts in DNP since I couldn't find the domain admin acct in SM 4.

Does DNP have a default acct for domain admin and I just don't know it? or is there somewhere I indicate that on an acct.

I even thought my DNP login might be it, but that wasn't so either.

    Hi David,

We need to set this up manually at the moment as DNP doesn't recognize the admin user. If you send in a ticket to support@ultimahosts.net requesting that a user be promoted to admin we will take care of this for you.

    Cheers,

    Mark
