Hi,

I've just started using ultimahosts and I'm trying to test things using my temporary URL. I have a domain added (waiting for name registration) and a website. The website is set to use the domain and I added the temporary URL (that was automatically created) as a web pointer.

I can't connect to (myname used instead of actual domain):

http://myname.net.ultimahosts.co.uk
http://www.myname.net.ultimahosts.co.uk

I can connect to:

ftp://ftp.myname.net.ultimahosts.co.uk

I can also ping the ftp url but if I try to ping the others I get a message along the lines of:

"Ping request could not find host myname.net.ultimahosts.co.uk." 

Which is kinda strange since you can ping just about any made up sub domain of ultimahosts.co.uk and get a host.

Any thoughts?
