Any ideas???

I'm in the process of moving a site to Ultima Hosts, and it has a MySQL database. I have a zipped copy of the db, and I haven't been able to figure out how to restore it. It was an easy process with a SQL Server db.  Could someone please provide some guidance? Thanks!

In case anyone is interested... based on something I read on the CSK forums, I decided to take myself out of the sandbox and go live.
