Hi UltimaHosts,   I am trying to create new files in an albums folder under www.mawhitfield.net. I am not using FTP but allowing my website to upload and place a picture in an albums directory. This is part of an extended personal starter package. Is their a restriction on my account that stops me creating new files/folders on my web space ...
